Written steps
Step 1
Open Elements, search for plant, and choose Graphics. Search results can change. The example uses Illustration of Green Leaves Sprout. A crown can indicate paid content; choose an item you have access to.
Step 2
Click the plant and collapse the Elements panel using its arrow. Keep the plant selected.
Step 3
Open Position. Under Advanced, set Width to 180 and press Enter. The height becomes approximately 173.7 px because the aspect ratio stays locked.
Step 4
Set X to 1530 and Y to 770, pressing Enter after each value. These coordinates are for this 1920 by 1080 practice design, not for every format.
Step 5
Close Position and select the page thumbnail. Check that the whole plant is visible, has room around it, and covers no words. If a large text box overlaps the plant's selectable area, use Position > Layers to select the correct object.
What you need
Open the event design. Check that any chosen library item is available with your account. The recording shows the English interface.

An illustration can make the invitation's subject easier to understand. Here we will add a simple plant for our garden day. It should support the text without covering the date or practical details. We will continue with the invitation from the colour lesson and place the plant in the open area at the bottom right. Click Elements in the left menu. Select the search field. Type plant and press Enter. Wait for the results, then choose Graphics. Look for a simple illustration that suits the invitation. Search results can change, so your selection may look different from this example. Here we choose the simple green leaves. Click the illustration to add it to the page. An item with a crown may require paid access. Choose something you can use and that suits your purpose. Collapse the elements panel using the arrow. The plant is now inserted, but it is too large and sits in the middle of our content. We will fix that next. Keep the plant selected and click Position. Under Advanced, you can see its width, height, and position. Select Width. Enter one hundred and eighty, then press Enter. The height changes with it, keeping the plant's proportions. This size suits our wide invitation page. On a different page format, check the size again. We will use X and Y to position the plant precisely. Select X. Enter fifteen thirty and press Enter. Next, select Y. Enter seven hundred and seventy and press Enter. The plant is now at the bottom right. Close the panel, then select the page thumbnail to clear the selection. Look at the whole invitation. The plant is clear, has space around it, and covers no text. The heading, date, and location remain the most important content. You do not need to fill every empty space with decoration. Try another simple illustration. Check that it is complete, has natural proportions, and helps the reader understand the subject.
