  1. 0:00 Listen to the text in the image

If important information is in an image, the image reader can help you hear it. Keep IntoWords open with the Danish profile. Here the note is open in Photos, and we need to find the time and place.

Click More with the three lines on the toolbar.

Choose Image Reader. The screen gets darker so you can select an area.

Draw a box around the sentence with the time and place. Include the whole line, and release the mouse. Wait while IntoWords recognizes the text and reads it aloud.

We heard Thursday at 3 p.m. in room four. Compare with the image, especially the numbers. These are the details we need.

  2. 0:55 Use the information in a note

Click the copy button above the selected area if you also want the text in your notes.

Close the image reader with the cross next to the copy button.

Click Notepad on the taskbar, and select your window. Press Control and N to get a blank note.

Press Control and V to paste the text. Now you can use the time and room in your own note.

  3. 1:33 Try it yourself

Try with a short text from an image. If words are missing, select the area again and include the whole line. If the image is blurry or crooked, use a clearer image, and check the result again.

You have heard the time in the picture and copied the recognized sentence to a note.
