Written steps
  1. 0:00 Dictate the message

Write a short meeting message with voice. Keep IntoWords open with the Danish profile, a microphone, and an internet connection. We start here in a blank note in Notepad.

Click in the text field where the message should be.

Click the microphone on the IntoWords toolbar. Wait until it is ready before you start speaking.

Say a short message at a calm pace.

Click the microphone again when you are done. Wait for the recognized text to be inserted.

  2. 0:53 Edit and check the result

Read the message. Thursday at ten o'clock and room three are now correct. We still need to fix the name and punctuation.

Select the part you want to correct. Here we choose anna and vi at the beginning.

Write Anna with a capital A, a period, and then Vi with a capital V. Then the greeting and the next sentence are separated.

Press Control and A to select the entire message.

Click Play and listen through the message. Check the name, time and room again.

The message now has the right form and a clear beginning. You can continue writing or dictating more.

  3. 2:05 Try it yourself

Try with your own short appointment. If no text appears, check the Danish profile, microphone access in Windows, and the selected microphone. Try again in a text field, and always read the result through.

Your message is in the text field. You have corrected the name and punctuation and checked the message with read aloud.
